I define healthcare administration as the process of ensuring healthcare which providers treat and care for patients as the core objective for the establishment of hospitals. Also administrators find new ways to improve the efficiency and quality of the care that is provided. It is important to note that the healthcare administrator’s responsibilities can be expressed in different ways depending on the size of the organization. I believe that it is a very big responsibility that many lives depend on the way how seriously people take their positions. To me, they should be highly organized, have good written and oral communication skills, and be aware of every detail. They also should be up to date on the needs of the community where they are
