Healthcare administrator’s are typically responsible for many different functions within their facility. They recruit, hire, and supervise assiatnt administarotrs , clerks, and respetionist. Assistant administrators are needed, based on the size of the facility. They create works schedules. Are responsible for maintaining and organizing records , based on the services provided by the facility. They also manage the facilities finances including, patient fees and billing.
