Although no certification is required but obtaining this certification will make more marketable and more serious about your personal career goals to future employers, AAHAM is a premier professional organization with in administrative management. The skills needed to succeed in this field includes high-level business and management knowledge, understanding healthcare delivery and operations as well as financial responsibilities such as budgeting and reimbursement. Taking the assessment some of my personality traits are realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising and conventional. I believe my personality is a great fit for healthcare I am social and compassionate towards other me being conventional and realistic is one of my best attributes, my weakness in this field would be me managing staff I can take lead on assignments and or projects I am not sure how my leadership skills as a manager and or director would be. My personal career goals would be me one overcoming the fear of becoming a leader and run a bariatric center as a lead Administrator. In 5 years I see myself as a director and running a full patient access admission department within a hospital
