Despite having well- trained health employees, Australia are facing the problem of health workforce shortages which are more significant in many areas such as nursing, medical practitioners, allied professionals and rural, remote area (Productivity Commission Research Report, 2005). Due to a complicated communication of demographic, socio-cultural, clinical and professional factors, recent workforce shortages are increasing. In addition, the workforce shortages are not well regulated, but modify by health, profession, speciality, jurisdiction and geographical location. (National Health Workforce Taskforce, 2009). In addition, people need more care during their any treatment because of their old age. They have chronic diseases such as any disease regarding mental, disabilities, cancer, and heart problem. In this case, they need more service or care which can be provided by health work staff. Day to day, old patients is increasing instead of increasing health work staff, which affects the health workforce department. On the same way, another aspect of aging population is increasing old age workers who can work with limited hours, however, younger staff can work a long time. Graham and Duffield (2010) indicate that old age workers {55 to 64} are participating in the lower industry. Moreover, as a result of a high range of technological advances, old workers must have the skill to operate it. There are so many old aged employers who do not follow the system of new technology. Furthermore, the most important factor is the burden of disease. Some major diseases take a serious place in the world such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer. In addition, nurses who belong from Australia only they have complained about shift work. They do not happy with shift schedule. Thus, there are many registered nurses who are looking job out of the nurse.In the same manner, the shortage of dentist is increased by many reasons. Thus, Australia seems an emerging shortage in the forthcoming year (Luzzi and Spencer, 2011). The data are reported by the Australian Research Center for Population Oral Health that supply of dental workforce will overtake in 2020. Luzzi and Spencer (2011) predicted that the demand of dentist will increase from 2005 to 2020 by 49.4%, from 160067 to 15042.Controversially; this prediction will fail to meet the expected increase demand of dentist services. According to Luzzi and Spencer (2011), Australia faces a maldistribution of the dentist. There were 58.6 dentists per 1000000 populations in the city area compared to 34.6 dentists per 1000000 population in the rural area and 28.5 in a remote area.
