Over the course of a 70 minute lesson, five activities were conducted. One of the main activities consisted of a short video clip which was aimed at developing the personal skill of the target group by evoking discussion and enhancing their knowledge about cyber bullying and negative bystander behaviour (refer to Appendix, Figure 4, Graph 2 and 4).
