Health promotion for school staffs emphasis on staff welfare and workplace condition, and health promotion in the workplace. Health working atmosphere can help to reduce stress level by staffs. Appropriate classroom, office, staff rooms, cooking and dining facilities that is well designed, a tobacco-free school should be provided to staff as part of in service development. Furthermore, as part of in service training, an oral health promotion program that aimed to provide knowledge and lead to attitudes and behavior change should be undertaken regularly. The teachers and school staffs are motivated to recognize the best policy and practice and able to work with the school health team, parents and collaborate with local community to improve oral health and general well-being in school and community (Kwan & Petersen 2003).
To establish school and community relationships and collaboration, parent training can be performed to apply oral health message at home and to convey information for children who do not attend schools. Those programmes are likely to improve oral health for the family and motivated them to be part of school community (Kwan et al. 2005)
Monitoring and evaluating the program
