The main ways most health professionals encourage weight loss is through diet and exercise. However, many professionals will admit that weight loss is more reliant on the diet than the exercise. Of course, both work together to achieve the goal, but diet is estimated to account for 70% of a successful weight loss effort. If you 're ready to lose weight, it 's important to view your diet as a lifestyle change. This mindset will help the weight loss effort become more sustainable. Once this mixture cooks on the stove for a few minutes, the taste will be flavorful and delicious. This will be a great addition to the toast. If you 'd prefer to enjoy a meal on the go, try grabbing a granola bar and a quick green smoothie. Green smoothies are very easy to make and taste incredible. Kale and spinach are the two vegetables to blame for the bright green color of the smoothies. However, even their green hues usually overpower a smoothie, their taste does not. When it 's time to add fruit to the mix, make sure to add fruit that is at the peak of its ripeness. A banana is great to lend a lot of sweetness and a creamy texture. Pineapples add a tropical kick to the mix. Mangos, strawberries and peaches are great options to add into a green smoothie. If you 'd like to consider a little protein, add some protein powder and/or some almond milk. Chia seeds and flax seeds are good sources of fiber to add to a green smoothie as well.
