What I learned
Individuals experience mindlessness when they are doing something that is repetition such as pouring a cup of juice and when new information in being obtained such as a new law that is being implemented.
Mindlessness only become problematic when we start to respond automatically instead of questioning the development of our thoughts and evaluations.
