It’s common nowadays that when you are hungry, fast food can easily hit the spot. Restaurants such as Mc Donald create such attractive strategies that you can’t just resist going there. It’s helpful for the ones who are usually busy at work and have no time to cook food at home. Usually, I plan to eat healthy food but because fast food is quick, tasty and convenient, I often opt out for the fast food. However, fast food is high in trans-fat, sugar, sodium and contains a lot of calories, which in turn leads to various health problems.

There have been a lot of advertisement campaigns on different social media, including the advertisements of fast food restaurants. Mc Donald’s made many different advertisement campaigns in which I found one to be very captivating. It was a delivery ad campaign which was promoted by the famous actor in Pakistan, Shan. In this ad, the actor fights with the robber who stole the food which was ordered by Shan. Actors chosen for the ad were in shape and dressed in attractive attire which made them look cool, implying that to order from Mc Donald’s makes you cool. These type of tactics specifically target youngsters who are trying to fit in the society. In addition, at the end of the commercial you hear the delivery number which was to sound like a popular song, making it easier for people to memorize the number.
