Health Needs Assessment

This project will focus on health need assessment in my practice placement and I am a Specialist Community Public health nursing student. The project will include a profile of the organization in order to identify the health needs of employees. For the purpose of this project Dumpy hospital will be used as the name of the organization to maintain NMC code of confidentiality and The Data Protection Act. The project will gather and analyse data to identify health needs of employees and concentrate on one major health need. The rationale for using this organization will be examined and legislative framework and government policies will be examined.
