The goal of implementing the Health IT is to strengthen health care delivery. In order to strengthen health care delivery, many objectives need to be accomplished and include: 1) improve the quality, experience, and access to health care, through safe, efficient, timely, equitable, and effective, and person-centered care. 2) Support high-value healthcare delivery. 3) Improve the services on clinical and community level as well as the population’s health.
