Health information management is the allied health care profession that I selected. Health information management are basically overseen health information systems to ensure that they meet medical, legal and ethical standards. Their job description is to manage databases and design, generate and analyse reports. Their meticulous job is important because it contribute to their team’s delivery of high quality. The professional organization that serve the health information management are hospitals, physicians’ offices, home health care agencies, nursing homes, public health offices and insurance companies.
