Health disparity and inequality between African American and white report in 2013 (CHDIR) are due to disease, behavioral risk factor, environmental exposure, socio-determinants, and health care access by sex, race and ethnicity, income, education, disability status and some socio effects. The barriers they face are the inability to pay for care which make them to delay prenatal care or abadone it totally, lack of education make them not to know the advantages of prenatal care and some people that seek for care might not get it, Stress and poverty is another factor.
