Almost six months, ago he visited a Sunday school class with his wife, and I was the teacher. After finding out information on Marshall’s health food business and him expressing interest of new products. I decided to inform Marshall that my family and I have a company; that produces Muscadine grapes that he may find interesting. I also, offered some samples of the grapes or the product my company used to develop the seeds. The samples I offered Marshall became popular with his clientele. From that point on Marshall began calling to order the grapes for his health store regularly. Even though, we had no contract in place I made sure Marshall received is order promptly. Marshall, but I have chosen to move on from this ordeal. Unless the chance was given to the company to calculate fixed cost, the companies variable cost and how much profits the company would be making by selling to Mr. Marshall. Also, how much the company would make by selling to the buyer in Texas. Basing the company profit off of what seems more logical would lead to better decision. Only then could the company be willing to discuss with Marshall showing him all the output to continue producing services to his health food store. If he agreed, will sign a long-term contract with him for sale for of at least a period of one year with clearly defined price growth clause and notice period clause for either party. If he does not agree to the terms then the company will give a time limit to Mr. Marshal to find a new source. Approximately, 90 to 120 days to make a choice. As for the new buyer from Texas I must go through the contract about the time duration of the contract. Most contracts should display no more than a period of at least one year with price increase or decrease clause and also in said contracts that the notice period is clearly defined. The bible tells us If you forgive others for their wrongs they have done to you, your Father in heaven will also forgive you.
