R: I have learn so much about health disparities in my health practicum. I’m a hands on learner and in comparison to Kirkpatrick’s model, it is essential for me to be motivate about a particular topic to learn from it. Often, I go into every class eager and ready to learn. I know if I am motivated about a particular topic I will succeed in the class.
