Health services in Helsinki/Espoo
1 How would describe the overall experience with the health services in greater helsiki region
A:- Satisfactory.
B:- In government hospitals its quite bad. In company provided private hospitals it’s excellent
C: Excellent
2. Are you happy with the health services provided? If not, why?
A: They do not give immediate appointment. Most of the times they just ask to take rest without checking.

3. How easy it is to book an appointment?
A: Pretty easy. Just a phonecall
B: yes. Generally I do via phone or net
C: Just call the number
4. If you call for an appointment, do you get the appointment immediately or you get it after some time (say after 2-3 days or after a week)?
A: If it is critical, you get it immediately. Otherwise you need to wait for some time. Sometimes more than a …show more content…
In government hospitals they generally take 2-3 days, and once they asked me to come after a month
C: If sick, we are advised to wait for 2days and if sickness prolongs then we go to doctor
5. What do you do if you fall sick over the weekend?
A: Call the medical number and try to get some help from them. If it is critical, I would directly go to the hospital
B: company provided health facility works on weekend also
C: wait till Monday
6. What do you do if you fall sick in the night or need emergency assistance?
A: Just call and they guide you
B: Never happened.
C: There is an emergency number. Or drop to Jorvi hospital
7. Is there some medical advise number which you can call all the time?
A: Yes
B: Yes

8. How well the diagnosis is done?
A: It has been good so far
B: Again Depends. In government hospitals they tell to come after 1-2 days. If its company provided health facility then they check immediately

A: 5-10 mins. They are very punctual
