If possible I would eradicate all the diseases and disabilities from this world. Being in health care profession I have seen many disabilities and its impact on the individual and their family members. If i have to choose two disabilities to eradicate Alzheimer's would be the first one. Alzheimer's is 6th leading cause of death in United States. In 2015, more than 15 million caregivers provided an estimated 18.1 billion hours of unpaid care (Alzheimer’s Association, 2016). Alzheimer’s not only affect the individual, it affects their family and society as a whole. To care of the individual with Alzheimer's is very costly in terms of money, emotion.
