Health Care Integrator (HCI) met with Richard and Adoptive Mother/Paternal grandmother (AM/PGM) at the home for the second visit of the month to provide services in order to assess gratification with the program, Richard’s development, and progress towards his goals. According AM, Richard’s behavior at home and at school is going well. AM reported that Richard has been behaving in school and has been appreciating the assets of the other children in his class. AM continues stating that he is behaving in the home but at times disputes with his sister when she touches his belongings. HCI asked AM how service provision are going and AM stated that services are going well and she is pleased with the provider services. HCI will continue to support
