Health Care Information Analysis

Hello professor and Class A health care information system is described as the use of computer programs to facilitate the delivery of health care. Electronic medical charting has increased the accuracy and proliferate the productivity of nursing documentation, eliminated redundancy, and fosters the analysis of clinical data. The ability to retrieve nursing data quickly, promotes decision-making at all levels of health care delivery, reduce errors of omission and enhance the ability to track medical records.
My experience with health care information begins with paper charting. I start my career in nursing as an LPN working in an extended care facility and paper charting is what I was introduced to. This type of documentation was frustrating
