Health centers are great special populations based on patients directed organizations that will serve the population with limited access to health care. Many health center can provide funding r certain special populations. This can include individual and families experiencing homelessness, agricultural workers and dependents, those living in public housing and, Native Hawaiians. Homelessness endure to remain a persistent problem through the U.S. affecting rural as well as urban and suburban communities. 2012 the HRSA health funded the health center and served more than 1.1 million people that were homeless. Health care Homeless Program has major sources of care for the homeless people in the United States (Cheung, & Snowden, 1990).
