After reading Chapter 1 of the textbook, I was able to learn about the different types of careers and job opportunities in the Health Care field. I have to start by saying that I was actually very impressed because I though the Health Care field consisted of a Physician, a nurse and a receptionist. Below is a list of the careers and its description according to our textbook:

1- Medical Office Assistant - This position is basically the same as a receptionist or secretary. This person will handle everything concerning the administration. Some of the responsibilities include confirming patient's appointments and they make sure the office runs.
