Health care cost fluctuates, and there are several reasons which will affect the price. The number of people with insurance, quality of care and the demand for services with factor into determining the price. I believe the need for service is an ideal way to figure out the cost. The more people that are in need of medical care the cost will increase and the fewer people seeking care will decrease cost. According to Marcikic, Pejanovic, Sedlak, Radovanov & Ciric (2016) Analyzing the demand for service is a chief issue for planning the financial aspect of health care. Having insurance does not mean there is a high demand for service because if the out of pocket cost is too much the consumer will be reluctant to receive care. The quality of treatment
