This career is very demanding since managers are the ones that manage the staff and are needed to make sure tasks are going smoothly. They are like gas in a vehicle, without gas you wouldn’t be able to start or move the vehicle to take you were you need to go and that’s what health care mangers do. The duties can be many things from traveling, conventions for health care managers on new things that can shape healthcare systems, meetings with staff and people above them, and many telephone calls.
