Register to read the introduction… Sure Obamacare says you will have to have to choose a healthcare plan or pay a waiver fee. I think this is just fine because we have to provide car insurance in order to drive. No one is complaining about having to pay for car insurance in order to drive because it makes drivers and insurance companies responsible for your actions. The same theory applies to the new healthcare reform act. Sure Obamacare has some downsides and some upsides depending where you stand financially.
Obamacare is a little more laid out and protects your rights unlike your car insurance. Your car insurer can drop you after an accident or after several accidents. Obamacare protects your rights because it does not let your medical insurance drop you because you have a severe or permanent illness like diabetes. It tells your medical insurance coverers they cannot drop your coverage because you hit the “lifetime” limit. The bad side for the insurance

Sure it will raise taxes for some people and will cost billions of dollars to get it rolling. You know the old saying, “You have to spend money to make money.” The federal government is planning on making a profit several years down the road from the new reform act. The new reform act will charge a 3.8 percent surtax on single filers making more than $200,000, married couples filing jointly making $250,000 or more, and married couples filing separately making more than $250,000. Tanning bed users who go to tanning salons will have to pay a 10 percent hike. This doesn’t cover medical prescribed treatments or spray tans.
