3.1.- Centrelink employment assessment: Mark missed his over the phone assessment. Attempted phone call to Centrelink assessment team was made to schedule another appointment. The writer waited 2 hours unsuccessfully.
3.2.- Psychologist: Attempted phone call was made. The writer left a message for Effie to call back. Re: re-schedule Mark’s appointment.
