I would have to say the first thing that stuck out to me was that Christina has been in foster care for two years and her social worker is now wanting to send Christina for psychiatric evaluation because she is sleeping all the time. Christina has been dealing with her others death for two years and is just now losing weight. Talking about death, and sleeping all the time, I feel that something else might be going on with her. Christina’s clinical history never mentioned anything about her being tested for HIV/AIDS, knowing that both parents had it. Christina also has admitted to missing her mother sometimes and now saying she is wanting to die so she can be with her mother. That to me is a drastic change. The last thing that struck me was
