Health and safety at work Act 1974 is the primary piece of legislation covering work related health and safety in the UK. This law will affect my computer service business because I will use computers and tools, machines, so I have to work under health and safety law. My responsibilities will provide safe place and safe working environment so my staffs can work safety in the place. If my staffs did not know how to use machinery and equipment, I will provide information and training so my staffs can use machinery safely and I will make sure my staffs are aware of instructions given by manufactures and suppliers of machinery and equipment.
