Yet, mental health is still equally important to physical health. If mental disorders compile, they can grow to the point where you do not care about yourself and you may begin to indulge in unhealthy habits. Mental illnesses can make life feel like hell; you could have OCD pushing that everything needs to be perfect, but depression preventing you from doing anything. A situation like this can lead to people self-harming, or worse. If untreated, mental illnesses could have a permanent effect on someone’s life. People need to get medicine and treatments to lessen the effect of these, or at a minimum be instructed on how to live with a mental
