I have been working out for 6 years now. My body now is in exceptional shape. I understand the system.

I have not only achieved excellent marks in university but excellent interpersonal skills as well. Thus--
I have learned how to speak to costumers. I've learned how they think and what they want.
I have not only motivated costumers, but directed them to their desires as well.

In Krista KcEwen’s study of dancers and pain, one dancer spoke of the ritualistic sounds in the studio, such as the cracking of the hips and the “baby rattle,” or the shaking of anti-inflammatory pill bottles. Another dancer spoke of how they could not recall a time when they were completely healthy or think of a joint that was one hundred percent pain free. My teachers used to joke to my class, “You are never healthy, so if you stop to heal before dancing again you’ll never dance!” Thus, perpetuating the ingrained culture of dancing through pain. The fact of the matter is, most dancers will be in some form of pain at any point in time.…
