If the movement of people, food, and manufactured goods can have such a negative impact on public health, should steps be taken to reduce these flows? What other options are there for lowering the spread of global diseases?
A healthy nation thinks healthy and probably it influences the making and implementation of her policies, unfortunately, most of the African countries have deliberately allowed their defensive port of entry and domestic production activities porous due to certain level of corruption in the system.
It is extremely important to achieve a stable public health the control of people going out and in of the country should be paramount priority of the defense of a nation. The importation of goods and services needs a thorough check with a high security intensity backed up in accordance with the government policy.
A carrier of global diseases is intentional and could be a man-made invention, and there are more diseases yet to be discovered.

Method of control.
There should be rigorous process in which the movement of people from inside and outside of a country should be monitored and controlled extremely.
