In the military, a lot of hazing is aimed at new and incoming personnel to units. Hazing often times occurs more in elite military units. There is a grey area when it comes to training and sometimes those lines are crossed and it turns into hazing or bullying. Hazing can cause many issues in units with trust and cohesion.
