The heart wrenching photo of a newborn baby giving his sick twin a hug for the last time has gone viral.

His seriously ill baby brother Hawk passed away not long after the picture was taken.

Taken only 11 days after their birth, this beautiful picture shows Hawk being cuddled by Mason, his tiny twin brother.
