After a scorching hot summer, one would only hope for some cloudy weather and a bit of rain. But when you're visiting the wettest places on Earth, the sun really doesn't seem all that bad. Even places like Africa, known for its incredible heat, can become drenched in water during certain periods of the year.Hawaii certainly seems like a destination that is often associated with warm weather, but things can get pretty cold and wet here.
