Hawaii is place where there are a lot of homeless people and also a lot of tourist. With all these tourist walking around how do homeless people think about this? How does the amount of tourist affect the homeless? In the website “Lawmakers Discuss Impact of Waikiki Homeless on Tourism Industry” by Minna Sugimoto, published on 2011, a visitor from California said “It’s incredible how many there are. You guys have a problem.” Another tourist named Dorie Thompson said “Hawaii have always been a beautiful city, place to visit. Now, i’ve noticed quite a few people homeless and laying in sleeping bags.” This is showing that they have noticed the amount of homeless people increasing and that they don’t really like all these homeless people
