It is quite exciting getting closer and closer to who God is calling me to be. Although at the same time it is intimidating. What if I do not understand God right, or if the voice I think is God calling me to go and do something actually is not Him and I mess my whole life up. See how that can be a daunting problem? I know that I am excited though to be able to know what God wants me to do with my life. It is pretty scary to think that at my young age I could know what I am going to be doing with the rest of my life; but at the same time it is very relieving. Knowing God means integrity is consistently growing within. With integrity I believe having deeper thoughts have to come into play at some point. I have never just woken up and shown more integrity, I have had to think about it and work at it. Not only that but I have to realize what culture I am around. Is the culture I am around going to think me having integrity is a snobby thing to do? I know that for me the culture I am around does cause me to make different choices. I want to put my best foot forward, instead of going around tripping over myself. God sometimes gives me glimpses of my future. I know that He knows that I need that or else I would probably just be dying to know what my future holds! I know God has this plan for my life but I know the brunt of my call will not start until I am married. For me I love that, but at the same time I want to know when I will be married so I can start this awesome adventure God has for my future husband and I! “So we who are followers of Christ are wayfarers, and though we have found the Way, we have not yet come to our destination.” This quote reminds me that even though I know where to go, I have not arrived yet; I have not planted my roots anywhere
