Having A High Stress Score

Decent Essays
Having a high-stress score can probably be lessened if I have better communication skills. Stress is caused a lot of the time by not communicating what we want or even telling someone how they can help. This can be shown in real life by my lack of asking for help when I need it. My husband always tells me how this is my downfall when he walks in after working and I haven't really completed much of anything, but having two screaming kids and a messy living room. Even with all the stress of life I have, I have very little chance of having a burnout which I think has something to do with my ability to handle stress and having a laid-back personality. these skills will help me with school, work, and home life by learning how to better communicate.
