At havering council we don’t have competitors as we are a government based company. Therefore we don’t have competitor with other companies to help business. Everyone resident that lives in havering has to use havering council if they would like services. Council tenants would need to use havering council to pay their rent, report repairs etc. private resident could use havering council for other services like streecare, green waste renewals council tax etc. however business run company would need to regularly check social media, magazines, do customer surveys do research to see how other companies are doing and what they need to do it help the business. It is very important that this is carried out so that it secures and protects the future
