I don’t deny that having a growth mindset is a great factor in personal development,,but that does not mean have growth mindset will better than others. According to Dr Carol Dweck,“A growth mindset is when you believe that through your own efforts you can cultivate your personal qualities.” In other words, growth mindset is a belief, Its essence is motivate yourself, Dr Carol Dweck states, “If you have this belief, then you are more likely to have a passion for learning because you believe you are developing your qualities.” Most athletes will tell you that” have a growth mindset is essential” Such as Ali,Russell Wilson,Wilma Rudolph,each of them has to overcome particular difficulties on their way to success.. championship mentality is Self-development
