Haters been hating for centuries. Since prehistoric times, when the caveman discovered fire, others hated on the caveman because they discovered something unnatural. (Homo Erectus studies Aug. 2016) That hate developed over the years into something more truculent than ordinary hate. It developed into Hate crimes.("hate crime". Dictionary.com Unabridged. Random House, Inc. 6 Apr. 2017.) Hate crimes are crimes motivated by ethnic, carnal, or other preconception, typically one involving brutality. These crimes entail bullying, rape, and even a homicide.
(FBI.gov/hatecrimes)Out of all 50 states, the Federal Bureau of Investigation states that Illinois as a whole is the 6th highest state to have Hate crimes reported, and the 2nd highest state
