Price Josh is puzzled if he should increase the tournament entrance to $1500 rather than the current price of $1200. He wondered if raising the price per team would be beneficial or if he would lose teams. I believe the right answer would be to increase the entrance fee per team to $1500. With Hart Entertainment, would bring the family atmosphere to this event. It comes with inflatables, games, casinos, carnivals, photo booths, live performances and more. This will add appeal to the families of participants which makes it a full day of endearment. With the amazing deal we have secured of only 3500 when full price is 10,000 I believe that with the families coming along this would lead to more donations and make Hart Entertainment well worth its money.
As mentioned earlier in this report Josh was worried about transportation issues. I believe this is a valid concern which is why I believe having the two buses between Toronto and Powerade Centre would be very beneficial in reaching people. This also can lead to not only people who don’t have a car but a shuttle in general for team and families. This would be a great way to meet people and team mates on the commute to the Centre for a day of fun and games.
The Last promotion idea I had to reach potential targets was free advertising such as Kijiji. If you look at exhibit 1.1 I outline what the add should look like and include. Kijiji is a great free way to reach potential markets. This should explain the basis of the charity event and where to gain more information by going to the Facebook page or

Finance Due to the lack of student attendance, the amount of funding from sponsorships has been negatively affected with average annual donations at only $60,000. As a nonprofit organization, Western Athletics relies on sponsors and donors; an unreliable and unpredictable source of money. As a result, Morton has budgeted $10,000 towards advertising events to boost student attendance with the goal of securing a price increase of $7 per student from sponsors. Although Morton wishes to use the whole marketing budget, it is still concerning as Morton will need to limit the number of promotional initiatives as the budget is relatively small to establish an effective marketing campaign. In addition, Western Athletics is currently able to generate enough revenue to cover event expenses (See Exhibit 1).…

GTM’s popular Facebook page with 287,643 likes runs the event. (Facebook.com, 2017) A marketing strategy that the event uses is the use of popular artists and acts. This situation that initiated the development of President Obama’s Task Force Plan is different from Sheriff Dewitt’s in several ways, but the most relevant difference is the fact that the issues surrounding the Ferguson case was racially charged. The local issue that I identified in the Berkeley County case was police officer corruption and how secrecy and lack of consequences could negatively…

Mr. Binnix discovered that the program wasn't making enough profits until his brother, Mr. Bobby Binnix, wanted to make a change, thus they proposed the idea of having an annual haunted house. Since the first year in 2012, the fundraiser has raised approximately $9,500.00.…
