In the book “Harry Potter and the sorcerer’s stone” there are many important events. Harry Potter is the main character of the book series. Harry encounters many important people and goes on many adventures. The most important event in the book is when Harry is told by Hagrid that Harry is a wizard, without this event many other events would not happen and would have changed the entire book series.
