Alexander Hamilton, Harry Potter, and Okonkwo are each from different stories and each handle the conflicts in their lives differently.
In the musical Hamilton, Alexander Hamilton faced many conflicts throughout his career. However, one man clearly stood out as his main antagonist. Aaron Burr, Alexander’s friend-turned-enemy, became jealous of the political power Hamilton had as Secretary of Treasury. When Burr pursued the position of President of the United States, Hamilton gave Thomas Jefferson his vote. This seemed like the ultimate betrayal to Burr and they decided to have a duel. Their bitter rivalry ended one early morning in New Jersey when Burr shot and killed Hamilton. If they had handled their conflict differently and peacefully, Hamilton might have lived a long life and Burr might have one day entered in government.

Burr and Hamilton shared little in their characters, however one defining attribute was common to them, they were both orphans, losing their parents at a young age. Nevertheless, Burr’s childhood differed greatly from Hamilton’s. In regarding that, it seems surprising that Hamilton ended up being far more successful than Burr. Despite having been an important politician, he is now, if at all, primarily known for shooting Alexander…

Burr, finally reaching his breaking point, attacked Hamilton's character and challenged to pay for his actions which resulted in Burr's stunted political growth. As a man whose honor was his greatest pride, Hamilton felt he had no choice but to duel, which was coincidentally the exact reasoning his son had given the day he stood toe to toe with George Eacker, who had also slandered Hamilton's name. Another parallel of the duels is they both were made in defending hamilton's honor. Hamilton and Philip also both deloped, or threw their shots away, and they both lost their lives in the process.…
