“A leader who knows what his priorities are but lacks concentration, knows what to do but doesn’t get it done.” A leader has many characteristics that make them a leader, but the three that I think are the most important are, Commitment, Generosity, and Positive attitude. Without these three, I think that it would be almost impossible to be a good leader.

As a young boy, Frederick Douglass had a lot of commitment, he used this commitment to keep learning to read and write.
