Harriet Tubman was woman who was very committed in reaching her goals of abolishing slavery. It is very hard to understand how afraid she was ,but she never gave up because she knew it was for something she believed could change her life and other people's lives as well. Commitment is not something that can be obtained by anyone and maintain. It takes a lot of courage and belief to go after your dreams even if you think it is life threatening.
