Leadership is one of the most important skills to obtain. Outstanding leaders around the world all acquire the finest leadership skills, such as Trustworthiness, Dedication, Confidence, Organizational Skills, Steadfastness, Analytical Skills, and Commitment. These seven characteristics are necessities to an excellent leader. A fantastic leader possesses positive skills outside the workplace. Although, while many people know the definition of leadership, they many do not understand what it truly means to be a leader. As Harriet Tubman, she demonstrates the difference between a leader and a boss. The leader works in the open, and the boss in covert. The leader leads, and the boss drives. A leader is a person who leads a group towards success and prospers. A leader is a person who shows care, respect, and responsibility. A person who is not afraid of what's coming next he will keep pushing himself till he reaches his next goal. No matter what difficulty or how hard something is he will try his best and to accomplishing that task to become successful. Dedication is what drives you to push yourself harder and harder, it's a nice request of not giving up on your task, dream, or goal. There will always be hard road blocker but nothing can ever stop you if you have dedication in yourself. Therefore dedication is an essential quality in creating a great leader. there cannot be an outstanding leader if he does not have dedication.
Dedication is when you love something to the max you do whatever it takes to reach that goal. It is not just being good at something it's trying your best to become successful. Dedication is when you don't give up on your goal and keep pushing yourself till you reach it. It doesn't mean you have to be good at something it means you just have to try your best and be dedicated to
