How Can Harmony Within Diversity Be Nurtured And Cherished?

Harmony within diversity must be nurtured and cherished? What is that? I am very sure that the percentage of people who know the meaning is very modicum. For me, the meaning of the sentence is deep enough. In my opinion, harmony within diversity means peace between a range of different races, and it must be nurtured and cherished, that means it need to be cared for and encouraged to grow. Nowadays, racism among us is uncontrollable. There are many cases where racism is the main factor of the problem. Racism may lead to some very dire and serious consequences if no one do not take any action to cope with. Normally, parents nowadays are very busy and focused on their work so much until they do not have inside information of their surroundings. The children are very merciful especially those who their parents, both mother and father go for work because they will get lesser attention by their parents. To ensure this type of children get adequate supervision, the parents must rearrange their schedule if they really care of their children. By doing so, the children will get enough time with family which is get enough love, care and attention from the family, so that they will never act violently with others. To make it simple, the parents must pay more attention on their children act and behaviour so that they will never embarrass the parents and cause trouble. For instance, a child from a race will look down on another race of child if the child cause a big trouble and it will affect the whole races. The teachers can make a camp or a short visit, under the arts and cultures club, to visit the myriad of cultures and arts of different kind of races in this country. If they want to know more about the cultures, especially that is not in this country, the teachers can make a presentation by doing it in the powerpoint or any other technology that we have to show to the children. By doing so, the children will be more attracted rather than a typical lesson time, which is more boring for them, so the change that we make is worth enough. Based on the factors and problems, we should have know that we have to work out something so that this problem do not spread widely in our country until it becomes a big issue. Our country is in a harmony circumstance. We should not ruin the harmony situation that we have achieved and perpetuated for a long period of time. Am I right? So, what do you guys are waiting for?
