This paper will discuss a background analysis of the Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) that will focus on the organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement. The first analysis of the context that is presented in the case study is the assessments of its completeness and adequacy.
The second analysis will explain the organizational dynamics in the (HCZ) using information from the system literature. The third analysis will explain how to improve the (HCZ) case study.

The new improvements that in the response and concerns of the directors. Their where serval initiatives that Canada and Khaldum instituted to help the organization improve. They design a program council so, that which cover the strategic issues and included all program directors and senior executive staff from headquarters which gave each directors to meet with Canada and Khaldum an opportunity to speak and design meetings. The first three stages of the Action Research Paradigm Protocol (ARPP).The first step is to diagnose the problem by defining the central issues by examining and analyzing the situation. Framing the problem is to clearly define the boundaries and context for the problem or issue at hand. The central issues will be focusing on the problematic area that speaks to causes rather than symptoms. Step two, is to generate alternatives when the issue, problem, and question have been set for the leader or the researcher to evaluate them against a set of criteria and then make a decision upon the course of action. The process of establishing another possibility or intervention that implies a desired future state that is a vision that been established by how the situation should look after changes have been has been addressed to the problems or issues that have been implemented. The literature review and analysis of the organizational context that were part of the diagnostic phase will be vital in defining a future state and developing alternatives, as will continue collaboration with others in the organization to resolve the problems or issues at hand. Step three, is the action plan is to process and develop an action research design. The researcher is to take into consideration of the organizational content and current understanding of the issue.
