Hard Work Ethic Analysis

I wish it were possible for me to understand the true definition of hard work. I am not saying I have a bad work ethic, but in today's world, it seems that we are one click away from our work being done or sending it off to some website to complete it. My father has always taught me to have a hard work ethic, but in school today that seems a little too far-fetched. Education has become so enhanced in technology that I do not have to socialize with my teachers or my classmates about homework, papers, or questions. As I approach education after high school, I would like to think a real professor will teach me but that is becoming rare in today's postsecondary education. Advancement in technology can be useful, but it is also becoming a distraction to the teacher's goal in giving me the most proper form of education. Face to face communication is one of the most important aspects of life. Being able to talk to people is a necessary skill that technology can weaken throughout life. Back when I was younger, good communication was easy to come by, but in today's education, it is rare to have a face to face conversation with a teacher. The loss of communication with a teacher can cause an adverse decline in education. I experienced this when taking another online class for History. At the end of each chapter, there would be a worksheet. If I needed help on a question, there is no one to give me aid, and as a student, you need advice from a teacher to help you better understand the topic.
