Admitting, Hard Work, and Kindness Different people have taught me different virtues, but each virtue means a lot to me. Each virtue came from a different person who I care about. These are three important people in my life. These people have taught me important virtues in my life.
My younger brother taught me the importance of admitting. I am always trying to be right even if it means putting others down. If I answered a question and he got it right, I would protest just so I would be right. If I was always right I would never learn anything. My brother taught me there is nothing wrong with being wrong.
My sister taught me the importance of hard work. She works in a daycare and goes to college. Through her hard work she has accomplished so much. She is twenty three and has a house, car, and money to pay her taxes. She gets the best grades possible to ensure herself a brighter future. My sister taught me the importance of hard work and what it can do for you.
My fifth grade teacher Ms. Smith has taught me the importance of kindness. She has taught me so much but one of the things that will stick is her kindness. No matter what the person was doing, or who they were she would show them kindness. Mrs. Smith told my class about her weekend, that she saw a woman at a restaurant who was going from table to table eating scraps.
