A dream, a destination, an intention, and the end are all words used to describe a goal. There are two types of goals attainable and unrealistic. This statement brings up an argument thought. Some people believe that with a hard work ethic, patience, and determination any goal is obtainable. Others believe that certain goals are impossible, and people should settle for something realistic. The argument for which the reader will indulge into is the possibility of achieving anything with them and a willing mind. After this passage, the reader will understand that anything in life is able to be accomplishable if all resources are applied. Even no matter if the goal seems impossible with years of dedication, hard work, and the right attitude, any mountain can be overcome.

The belief in the requirement of hard work and its ability to enhance character is a key to accomplishing illustrious goals. An example of what hard work can achieve that is known intercontinental is Michael Jordan. His testimony to hard work is quoted by many basketball coaches. MIchael Jordan is known as the best basketball player to grace the Earth; yet, he did not make the tryouts for his Varsity basketball team. This did not halt the future Olympian . Jordan, using that sizable chip on his shoulder to his advantage, spent his sophomore year of high school as the star of the junior varsity team. He put up multiple 40-point games and attracted crowds that were unprecedented for a JV game. He used to be motivation during working out; so whenever he felt tired he would just think about his name not be on the roster, and kept on striving . This young athlete went on to win six NBA titles with six most valuable player awards, and led the league in scoring ten times. This certainly shows how much a strong work ethic can affect someone's
